Hi, I'm Grace Malec, RN, MBA, and I serve as the General Manager at Arbor Trace Memory Care in London, Ontario. With experience in acute care, long-term care, and retirement living, I bring both clinical expertise and operational leadership to my role.

I am deeply committed to providing compassionate, person-centred care, ensuring that every resident is treated with dignity and respect. I also value collaboration, working closely with families, staff, and community partners to foster a supportive and coordinated environment. By combining empathy with strategic leadership, I aim to create a care community where residents thrive, families feel confident, and our team is empowered to deliver excellence.

I am people-oriented and I enjoy to help others as part of an effective and caring team. Raising my two kids is my priority helping them to grow successfully in their respective life. Hi, I’m Blake Weber, and I’m the Lifestyle Consultant at Arbor Trace Memory Care. I am passionate about helping older adults and their families navigate the transition to memory care with compassion, understanding, and confidence.

With experience in retirement living and senior housing, I believe every family deserves to feel heard, supported, and informed throughout their journey. My goal is to build meaningful relationships and make the decision-making process as comfortable and stress-free as possible while helping families find the right place for their loved one to call home.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, gardening, staying active, and keeping up with current events and community affairs. I value building genuine connections with people and take pride in creating a welcoming experience for every family I meet. Whether you’re just beginning to explore memory care or are ready to take the next step, I’m here to answer your questions and help guide you every step of the way.

Maintenance & Environmental Services Manager

A familiar face at Arbor Trace, Scott has been with the company for several years. Prior to Arbor Trace, Scott worked as a maintenance employee in the secure custody and youth justice program.

Scott has great respect for all of the residents at Arbor Trace and enjoys meeting all our residents and their families. Safety and comfort is very important and ensuring everyone feels welcome at Arbor Trace. I enjoy my role here very much, and the residents make it so special.

Scott enjoys travelling with his wife in the winter months to warm destinations. In the summer enjoys country music festivals, and entertaining and visiting with friends and family. Scott also collects antique bottles and jars and repairs small engines in his spare time.

Born and raised in Calgary Alberta, Wayne started his career in welding. After over two decades building a successful career in the trade, he decided to make a major change and switch careers. Wayne has always had a passion for cooking, so in his 40s he took the leap and went back to school to study the culinary arts. He graduated from Fanshawe College's Culinary Management Program and has worked in a number of restaurants and care homes in London. Wayne is dedicated to providing healthy and tasty meals to Arbor Trace's residents. When he is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his two sons, visiting local markets and coffee shops, and anything Star Wars related.
